    Guided by my entrepreneurial spirit, I identified an opportunity to revitalise our beverage programme, leading to the creation and launch of an innovative cocktail menu. This strategic initiative transformed our drinks offering, driving an impressive 266% growth in cocktail sales. By converting an underperforming area into a thriving profit centre, I demonstrated my ability to merge creative vision with strategic business insight to achieve impactful, measurable results.

  • During my internship at Clearstream, Europe's premier securities settlement provider and a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG, I gained extensive hands-on exposure within the financial services sector, collaborating closely with diverse, cross-functional teams. I played a pivotal role in crafting bespoke RFPs and detailed due diligence questionnaires, meticulously ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with client objectives.

In these senior positions, I successfully led, coached, and developed team members across three busy venues, overseeing daily floor operations and managing schedules for a workforce of over 300 employees.
